mineral oil, propylene glycol, and sodium laureth sulfate...adds to obesity among just flat bad for you. Really when you think about it your skin is your largest organ! It is amazing what we put on it that is so bad for you....furthermore it is in nearly everything we use in our daily lotions, deodorants, shampoos, conditioners etc!!
Trying Shikai shampoo found at my local natural store shall see. does smell good. have used it a few times but I didn't have the money to get conditioner too so shall see after I start using it too.
Crystal Deodorant a pump spray style.

HCG P2D1
Well today was screwy...stopped at a friends house last night about halfway from where I was and home to cut the trip into a couple of days. Well got snowed out of my own town so stayed put. Snow and blowing snow on top of really slick icy roads and talk of possible closure of the mtn pass I have to cross. So at the mercy menu of where I am staying though she was accommodating as her cupboards allowed for which I am grateful. I had put the last of my money into fuel not expecting this delay.
So today had 2 apples, 200g of Chicken, VERY small baked potato and green beans. Oh and after smelling those biscuits I HAD to have one. it helped actually make up my calories needed so not terrible I suppose but definitely not on the protocol.
Tomorrow I hope to head home this should help drastically to stay on the protocol. No scale so no clue how much I gained from my load days. Thinking it over maybe I should have waited to get home to load and get going but ah well such is life. Already rolling now so we will just keep on trucking.
I am not hungry today so maybe I loaded just fine. Oh and I didn't do any spotting today:0) So maybe it was lack of water??? who knows. I did better on fluids today seeing as how I am not able to travel due to weather. I will also say after the last couple weeks of drinking only bottled water....water from the tap leaves something to be desired!
I know it says to weigh daily but not sure if I will...shall see. BUT if I do at least I see something come off daily and keep motivation levels up if a tough moment comes up in my day. I will weigh in Thursday morning to see where I am at from at least my before weigh in.
OH and another thing I am using to keep track is: http://www.weightcommander2.com Great thing pay for this little gizmo is only what you can afford they will send you a bill for whatever you say you can pay. They realize with this economy times are tough for everyone so this way everyone wins.
Another rockin site I have come across: http://www.livestrong.com/myplate/ -granted based on a 2000 calorie diet which is fine as I can improvise, but you can enter what you ate, when and it will keep track of it all if nothing else use it to get calorie counts. I only use it for calorie counter and keep everything on the weight commander.
I am also keeping track of inches lost. I will do another post of those numbers when I get home.

HCG P1D1 and 2
Well I didn't have access to the internet being away for the weekend. Started my drops and loading days Sunday the 4th since it was Easter thought it was a good day to load...guess what my tongue didn't get all hairy and I didn't get all dizzy and pass out...lol. Was wondering what those drops would be like and I tell ya it is like whiskey I guess is the best way to put it...kinda nasty but only for the first min or so.
I was thinking I could really load these 2 days but as luck would have it my mom decided to make lowfat foods...lol go figure. But since I had already started the drops just meant I was going to eat extra and raid kids candy baskets...which I actually did horrible at this year. I did get in pies and cakes so hoping this helped on the loading of those calories.
I did spot these 2 days not sure why. I have questioned and was told this is unusual and not heard of. I know I didn't drink near as much water as I would normally due to the traveling and such. Hate hitting every bathroom I see. Makes me feel worse than the kids so laid off the liquids...
So was this the best start I had hoped for...no but here is to hoping all will be fine. I did have a few headaches but I am not sure if this is due to weather patterns or the HCG as headaches can happen on the protocol and usually let up after about a week or so. I have issues when the barometer changes due to getting whiplash from a car accident years ago. And since it has been stormy I can't say for sure but guessing in my case it is weather that has caused my headaches. The headaches from the protocol would be from body detoxing like if my body was use to a lot of sugar, pop, caffeine etc. I have little to none of that stuff so I really think my case is storm related.
So my hopeful goal for round one will be 30lbs...won't be disappointed if I lose less as long as I lose. Will be beyond grateful if I lose more of course:0)

Hunger Tips
Tips as I come across them to help with any hunger pangs.
3 soda crackers and 8 ozs of cold water with lemon! Your hunger will go away till your next meal! First week is the hardest.

Water Info
It is very important to drink LOTS of water!! Chances are if you are overweight you are dehydrated. I already drink water mostly so this isn't a huge challenge for me. I have my days though that I just can't muster drinking even a sip. Spring Water is recommended...The last choice is distilled water. Never drink tap water as it is loaded with chlorine, fluoride, and other contaminates. I use to be one to say that bottled water was nothing more than tap water sold at outrageous prices....BUT I am learning that just isn't so. I have found since going to bottled water I have no issues getting in at least a gallon. Since I am over 200 lbs I should be drinking at least 2 gallons, but am happy if I drink one.
Drink approximately one gallon of water per 100lbs to help flush things out, ideally with coral calcium. I only do this with my first glass of water of the day about a tablespoon. I start my day before I get going with at least 2 glasses of water. Calcium supplementation has been shown to have major health benefits and increase weight loss. Carbonated drinks block calcium absorption and lead to nutritional deficiencies. They adversely affect digestion and the pancreas. They clog the liver and lymphatic system. These should be avoided.
Drink water, tea, freshly made juice, or coffee...no sweeteners especially artificial. Stevia or Truvia is the only recommended if you must have some sweetness. It is a calorie-free herbal sweetner. I have heard of people that just can't drink water for their reasons and add some lemon and stevia to it. So whatever works.
Drink Green Tea. Ideally, drink a minimum of one cup per day. Organic green tea stimulates cleansing of the cells, increases metabolism, and helps regulate hunger as well as help keep up your energy.
Limit Ice Cold Drinks. Drinking beverages that are very cold slows metabolism and actually increases hunger. These should be limited or avoided altogether. If you are drinking your one gallon of water per day, and several cups of recommended teas (green tea, smooth move, yerbe mate) , you should have no need or desire for any other beverage.
